Marsha is a graduate of New York University’ s BS / MBA program in Business and Public Administration. She and her husband, Larry, first discovered the area while searching for a second home in the 1980s and made it their full-time residence in 1992. Marsha earned her real estate license that same year and became a broker in 1993. A longtime Burlingame resident, she joined Landmark in 2020 and brings decades of local insight to every transaction. Based in Landmark’ s Sapphire office, Marsha specializes in Sapphire and Lake Toxaway properties. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, hiking, and embracing the mountain lifestyle.

Keven Hawkins

Keven earned an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Clemson University and advanced degrees from Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. A registered architect in multiple states, Keven opened his own architecture and interior design firm in New York City in 2001. His designs have been featured in Town & Country, House Beautiful, and Palm Beach Cottages. After returning to North Carolina in 2009, Keven focused on luxury residential design and real estate in Cashiers, Highlands, and Atlanta. Keven’ s expertise in architecture and interior design provide his real estate clients with unique and lasting value.
