Ever since we began visiting several years ago, we have come to know Jeanie’ s gallery as our go-to place in Highlands for talented local artists and artisans, as well as a wide selection of art, jewelry and gifts from around the world. Jeanie’ s love of her hometown is evident in the group of local artists she showcases in the gallery, all of whom share an extraordinary talent for capturing the magic of Western North Carolina. We count paintings, photographs and sculptures from the gallery- including several bears, of course- among our favorite pieces in our Highlands home.

Jeanie ' s vision for the gallery was to create a space where people from all walks of life could come together to appreciate and celebrate art. And that ' s exactly what she ' s achieved.
The gallery represents a diverse range of artists, each with their own unique style and medium. You ' ll find traditional landscapes, impressionistic pieces, abstracts, and photo-realistic portraits, as well as exquisite handmade crafts and jewelry.
