“ WATER MEETS THE MOUNTAINS ”
Welcome to Collxtion Magazine .
For over 25 years our publications have always included photographic essays on local , national and internationaly acclaimed photographers . Clyde Butcher , Harry De Zitter , John Brady , Mark Hutchison and many others have graced our pages and we are extremely greatful for their support and their visionary efforts that help in preserving this country ’ s wild and scenic areas .
In 2014 and 2016 our first publication Portfolio Magazine sponsored exhibitions showcasing photography from both Florida and Western NC . A special edition of Portfolio Magazine was produced to promote the exhibition and its participants . Both covers had a distinct look and were beautifully designed . The artwork for each cover was a scaled down version of posters that were created to communicate the variety of work that would be on display .
This inaugural issue of Collxtion Magazine , we thought it was only appropiate to combine the two posters that are representative of Florida and North Carolina and create artwork that our readers have come to enjoy over the years .
