Simple Hummus
• 1 15-ounce can chickpeas drained
• 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons tahini or almond butter
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and
blend until smooth. (If too thick for your preference,
add a little more olive oil or water.)
