The Reserve offers 24-hour Skilled and Rehabilitative services for medically complex
patients to include those needing high level acuity skilled nursing care.
The Reserve will provide:
• Skilled care physicians and staff
• Certified high level wound care
• Tracheostomy care
• IV therapies (antibiotics, Lasix) PICC line placement
• Individually tailored therapy programs for strokes,
orthopedic, elective procedures, generalized
weakness and debility
• Therapy:
• Physical Therapy
• Occupational Therapy
• Speech Therapy
• LOUD Certified Therapist
