“Baylor Scoliosis Center took on the scoliosis others called hopeless.” Loreen Anderson’s 1974
scoliosis treatment no longer supported her spine, and the consequences were dire. “It was
hard to walk, lift or even breathe.” A six-month search for a medical solution close to her
home in Florida got her nowhere. “Everyone I saw said my case was too severe.” Then an
online search led her to Baylor Scoliosis Center. “At last, someone wanted to help.” She flew
out to meet with the scoliosis team. “I felt absolute confidence in the surgeon’s plan.” It was
confidence well-placed. Her old rods were removed and her spine realigned with a customdesigned framework for support. Loreen couldn’t be more delighted with the care or the
results. “My spine is now straight as an arrow.”
