Berry Sorbet

1 quart cut up strawberries
1 pint each blueberries and blackberries
1/8 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
squeeze of half lemon
Freeze the berries overnight and process in the food proces-
sor until smooth. You’ll have to stop and scrape down sides
of the processor several times to incorporate all. Add the
syrup and lemon juice and continue mixing through. Serve
immediately and store leftovers in a covered container in
the freezer.
Variations
You can substitute any fruit you like to fill the food processor.
Just cut it up, place it on a cookie sheet and freeze covered
overnight.
