The Children ’ s Advocacy Center of Collin County provides critical services to children who have been victimized by abuse or neglect . These services are offered at no cost to the children or their families . We rely on contributions from the public in order to provide therapy and support so that our children can return to playing , going to school , making friends and … just being children .
