Our recent graduates continue to find jobs faster than the national average at competitive wages4
Survey results show a 9% increase in employment since last year, with 79%
of recent graduates employed within six months of graduation, compared
to 64% nationally—and 54% are employed full time, just slightly lower than
the national average. For those employed full-time, the median salary of
$47,500 is in line with the $48,273 1 reported for recent graduates from
all socioeconomic backgrounds. Of the recent graduates who were not
employed at the six-month mark, 5% were employed within one year and
10% were in graduate school (or planned to enroll within the next term), 2
which leaves only 7% still searching for employment. 3
