lmost every person at some point in their life makes the decision to purchase a home, investment property, commercial property or even a second home. If you live in Fort Erie, this magazine will offer some tools to help you with everything that comes with owning, purchasing and selling a home.

Real Estate can be challenging to even the most seasoned investor. This magazine will help those who have purchased and sold many times or those who are just starting out.

Our philosophy with this publication will be to cover as many different aspects of property ownership as possible. While this is a magazine developed, created and published by real estate professionals, it isn't a sales magazine. If you are looking for sales advice we will gladly help you, we firmly believe that information is power. The more information that we can provide our readers, the more they will be prepared when the time is right for them to buy, no matter who they choose to represent them.

Our first issue will appropriately deal with firsts in the real estate market. First time home buyers face significant challenges when entering the market. We will look at 10 issues and steps that this group of buyers should consider during the purchase of their first home.

This issue will also describe Coldwell Banker Momentum, Brokerage, Ridgeway office's new and upcoming Concierge Service. Continuing on the belief that clients benefit from the knowledge and expertise that local Real Estate Representatives can offer, this service is something that will benefit those who take the time to do their research.
