New subcritical CO 2 compressor
For industrial low temperature applications with high standstill pressures , BOCK presents the new HGX24e CO₂ LT .
The 4-cylinder CO₂ compressor operates in six displacement stages and is available in the motor sizes ML and S .
• It offers a wide frequency range and greater operating limits , which increases operational flexibility .
• Risks , susceptibility to faults , operating and service costs are reduced .
• High efficiency , quality and reliability are strengths of the new subcritical compressor .
• Climate-friendly and flexible in use for booster and cascade applications in commercial and industrial food refrigeration .
• The new series can easily cope with higher standstill pressures that exceed the low-pressure range of 40 or 30 bar , because it is designed for pressures on the low-pressure side ( LP ) of up to 100 bar .
• The unit operates at evaporating temperatures between -50 ° C and 0 ° C and condensing temperatures of up to 25 ° C .
• With a cooling capacity of 8 to 23 kW , the compressor offers performance in the small to medium capacity range with particularly high durability .

Bitzer ’ s new CSW compact screw compressors
Bitzer presents its new compact screw compressor CSW85 / 95 motor version 4 for improved efficiency in water-cooled high-performance liquid chillers .
CSW motor version 4 is a combination of the well-known Bitzer CSW screw compressor with a special selected motor version 4 and special oil charge .
CSW enables OEM screw chiller manufacturers to design and produce water-cooled chillers that fulfil the highest international energy efficiency standards .
The product range covers nine models with displacements between 410 m ³/ h and 1,120 m ³/ h at 50 Hz as well as 495 m ³/ h and 1,351 m ³/ h at 60 Hz . Their application envelope was designed for highly efficient water-cooled air conditioning and process chiller applications with maximum condensing temperatures up to 46 ° C .
CSW was designed for low-pressure medium and low GWP refrigerants like R134a , R1234yf , R513A , R450A , R1234zeE and R515B . Also , the internal gas flow has
been optimised and the internal pressure drop further reduced .
The mechanical capacity control with single-slider concept can be adjusted between 100 and 25 per cent . This CSW version is also suitable for operation with an external frequency inverter at a frequency range between 20 and 60 Hz . The variable speed range depends on given operating conditions and input voltage range .
