Intramech is proud to Introduce the brand new Climaveneta range of air-cooled screw chillers manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems ( MEHITS ). The FX2 ranges in cooling capacity from 322kW to 1838kW .
FX2 features best in class SEER of up to 4.98 charged with R134a , 4.96 charged with Low GWP - R513A and 4.87 charged with nearly zero GWP R1234ze refrigerant .
FX2 chillers are brilliantly engineered to provide a more efficient , more silent , and more compact cooling solution . FX2 is the most compact unit with screw compressors on the market .
The new screw compressors feature carbon steel bearings with a life expectancy of 150 000 hours .
All the main hydraulic and mechanic components are integrated inside the unit , providing installers the ideal plug & play solution for the HVAC plant .
MEHITS are so confident about the reliability of their products that we issue a standard fully comprehensive 5-year warranty on all Climaveneta and RC equipment sold by Intramech .
The complete FX2 series is Eurovent certified , and all the sizes exceed the seasonal efficiency threshold of 2021 , set by the EcoDesign Directive .

MACS COOL
We are presenting our MCOOL units , these are our pre-built refrigeration units that we offer as part of our ‘ of the shelf ’ cooling solutions .
The units are designed and built for light commercial , and commercial applications .
Our MCOOL range is built using HC heat exchangers and is designed for ‘ slight ’ pull down on the cold room units , and purely holding on the freezer units . As these are our standard units and are supplied with HC evaporators to match .
Our MCOOL units ’ standard range for cold rooms , designed for 2 ° C room temp , offers cooling from 1.8Kw up to 8.2Kw , covering sizes from 6.9m ³ up to 90m ³ for holding applications , and the freezer units , offers cooling from 1.8Kw up to 9.9Kw , designed for room temps of -18 ° C / -20 ° C , and purely holding application .
Comprising of a condenser , compressor , liquid receiver , drier , sight glass , on the freezer units , suction accumulator and oil separators are standard , with HP / LP safety , and HP fan cycle if the condensing base has multiple fans . Enabling us to offer cooling , for most commercial refrigeration requirements .
We also sell all the required smalls and evaporators matching these units , including copper tubing , fittings , refrigerant gas , all smalls needed . And we are always expanding our range , to offer more !

MAYEKAWA SOUTH AFRICA
Mayekawa South Africa introduces the locally produced Thermoshutter Air Curtains . Thermoshutter is an air curtain that prevents air from entering and exiting a facility through openings where there are different temperatures on each side . An average thermal blocking efficiency rate of 75 % ( Mayekawa study ) can be achieved . This air curtain prevents warm air from flowing in and cold air from flowing out through openings in cold store facilities where activities such as food production and distribution are taking place , solving problems such as rising storage temperatures and increased costs for cooling equipment .
• Stable storage temperature ensures product quality .
• Less condensation and frost in a cold store decreases the defrost frequency .
• Prevention of heat loss reduces power consumption .

• Good for door width of up to 3 metres wide .
• Operating environment : 45 to -10 ° C ( 113 to 14 ° F ), relative humidity : 90 % or less ( even if the requirements on the left are met , there must be no icing or frosting ).
