Filter decay away
When it comes to highly sensitive subjects such as the
infection of humans and animals by highly contagious
micro-organisms. The highest standards must be
fulfilled, particularly when hazardous materials like
infective microorganisms or radioactive particles
have to be filtered, for example in pharmaceutical,
biotechnological, nuclear or BSL3/BSL4 laboratories.
Camfil’s CamContain high efficiency containment
filtration system is all seal welded with certified 304
stainless steel construction. This Bag-In/Bag-Out filter
housing is pressure decay leak tested complete with
bubble tight isolation dampers. The HEPA section
allows 610 x 610 x 292 size or 305 x 305 x 292 size filters
and features the Camfil automatic SafeScan section
for onsite verification of the HEPA performance.
Options include Decon ports, static pressure taps,
aerosol test ports, mounting stand, pressure gauge
piped with inline gauge HEPAs. The isolation valves are
stainless steel and pressure decay tested. Additional
customisable options are available.

Improved external dimensions to the ebmpapst
RadiCal centrifugal fan correspond to those of the
previous model, meaning it is easy to replace. This
means you get an even more powerful RadiCal with
the same installation dimensions.
Updated features include:
The new RadiCal has a centrifugal fan with EC motor.
The air performance has been increased considerably
while retaining the existing dimensions. Its special
impeller design also enables a significantly higher
speed for a further increase in power density.

Maximised overall efficiency in the RadiCal boasts
top efficiency values and is also optimised for
environmental compatibility, a long service life and
recyclability.
Thanks to lower flow losses in the impeller, lower
turbulence and less laminar separation, the fans also
have more pleasant noise characteristics.
Finally, increased efficiency with tested results
that show a reduction of more than 10% in power
consumption.
