Employing an effective refrigerant leak detection system is important in the wake of rising refrigerant costs and tighter government regulations.
The Emerson MGS-550 uses electrochemical, semiconductor, catalytic bead and infrared sensor technologies. User configurations can detect refrigerants, combustible and toxic gases, including VOCs for industrial, commercial and institutional environments.
Providing the ultimate in flexibility, it can be upgraded from a onesensor unit to a two-sensor system. Analog interfaces can be assigned as either redundant or specific for each of the sensors. The single level menu interface reduces the amount of maintenance training and installation.
