produces CO & H2 at later stage, 3- Mix this water vigorously with auto-
mobile grade hydrocarbon to create micelle /emulsion, 4- Infuse CO2 gas in
this emulsion liquid, 5-Hydrocarbon iden4cal to feedstock is recovered in
addi4onal 5-10% of original volume consistently, en4re process takes 5mins.
