• Try to get some sunshine
every day. Aside from

effect your mood and energy as sunlight
stimulates the pineal gland which plays a role
in regulating the release of happy hormones.
So if you work indoors all day, try and eat lunch
outside, or you could take a walk or just watch
the ocean before or after work. Even 5 minutes
