Energetically, the best way to welcome in the “ New
Year “ is too clear up and cleanse, your home, car,
mind and get organised with a budget to get any
debts under control .
I have heard it said, that if you want to have clear
thinking, sort and clear out your wardrobe to organise
your thinking process.
My belief is, that from the first week of January until
the Chinese New Year in February ( for the Feng Shui
energy ) the more that you sort out, clear out, let go of
on all levels, energetically, emotionally, physically and
spiritually the better that the New Year will be .
Use up everything, all those little bits and pieces left
around in jars, tubes, bottles, creams, perfumes,
vitamins etc, make a conscious effort to use up
everything.
What I do is stock up throughout the year, then when
Christmas is over, all of January and into February, I
don’t shop, I use up everything in my pantry, freezer,
fridge, bathroom, etc, then everything in our home has
had a purpose, not thrown out or taking up space and
of course being self employed this helps out with the
finances until the New Year gets into full swing again.
If you can understand, that it is an energy, to respect
and be grateful for everything that you bring into your
home .
