TECHNOLOGY
Expand Your Knowledge
via Technology
How will technology change the way
people learn? With all our modern
smartphones, computers and tablets,
I’ve pondered how else they could
help adults and children to learn new
information. Recently, I’ve committed
too learning a new language. While
searching for learning material, I
stumbled across a fantastic learning tool
called Memrise. You can use it to learn
vocabulary, languages, history, science,
trivia and just about anything else.
Memrise is a fun, science-based learning
technique that uses brain science. It uses
the very best knowledge about how
your brain works, which helps you learn
as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
For me, using Memrise to assist me in
learning a new language has been of
tremendous help. The fun and addictive
learning had me remembering things I
thought would be almost impossible to
retain. The Memrise smartphone app
(Android & iPhone) is very well written
and functions beautifully on my Android
smartphone. Learning on the go is of
great value to me and I’m completely
addicted to using it when enjoying my
coffee.
There are thousands of courses on
Memrise - all free and all created
by other members of the Memrise
community. If you want to expand
your vocabulary, learn languages,
history, maths, literature or anything; I
encourage you to visit www.memrise.
com and create a free account and
get started on learning and improving
via technology.
