ystery's lie around every corner. So does the next giant hill to climb on the bike. It's why I come train here. Being a tri-athlete is about preparation...or your mental and physical capacity. Come race day, it's not about being pumped, like for a baseketball or soccer game, it's more about being in shape both physically and mentally to perform to your peak ability.

To me, the only way to find my peak and consistantly get better is to push, push, push the pace. Yet the other facet of that is pushing the pace until it feels good, and then being able to keep my body healthy enough to continue that training level without gettting hurt. Big Sur challenges me in all aspects. Then I use modern technology to combat fatiuge.
