Success Story
Following a successful project which brought to life the England and Wales Cricket Board’ s new educational resource programme and membership scheme, Coachwise was the natural choice when it came to selecting a supplier to brand a key conference and awards ceremony.
This is a blue ribbon event and one where we combined our design and procurement skills to great effect.
Following a day on-site where we led discussions between the client and the venue’ s event management team, we came away with a firm idea about what needed to be done. We first set about bringing the two-day coaches’ conference to life with a series of mock-up designs on various pieces of branded collateral. Ranging from pillar surrounds and roller banners to feather flags and giant fabric drapes, we showed the client how this would look with several artist impressions of the decked out venue.
We then turned our attention to the glitzy coaching awards that were to take place on the first evening, and again showcased our creative to the client in a series of dynamic visuals – including an amazing 8-metre wide stage backdrop that would be the focal point of the evening’ s entertainment.
With the design stage complete, our procurement team took over and ensured more than 40 individual items were printed and delivered to the venue a few days ahead of the event.
Offering the complete one-stop shop, we then sent a team to the venue 24 hours before the event to install each of the items. This left the client free to concentrate on putting the finishing touches to the programme of events safe in the knowledge that the conference and awards ceremony were both looking great and everything would be‘ alright on the night’.
