A Marie: “It might feel like a lot of information but it does sink in and it becomes a part of your conversation with your clients.” Jo: “Take it slowly. The client is nervous too but at the end of the conversation they leave with a smile on their face because we’ve helped to answer their questions.” Debra: “Just give it a try! It’s really interesting and it’s amazing how much you’ll pick up.” Leeds and Bradford trial team: L-R Jo Calvert-Hall, Danielle Poole, Debra Brightmore, Malvina Gluck (not interviewed) Our Voice / June 2017 5
