Friday Afternoon Activities Program Media Production Media Production is an opportunity for students to develop professional skills associated with the production of short films. The activity will be an opportunity for eager filmmakers to design and execute productions that are in high demand around the school, including • • • • Sport promotion Co-curricular promotion Send off videos School event coverage. Students will have the opportunity to work in small teams to design productions for GGS clients, and take the projects through to completion over the course of each term. Many of these films will have the opportunity to be broadcast on various school platforms, such as School assemblies, sporting dinners and potentially the school website and social media platforms. This is an activity that any eager student can sign up for and will cater to all levels of prior production experience. It will also provide an opportunity for current Year 11 and 12 Media Production and Analysis students to further develop the production skills that are required for success in senior practical courses.
