CNA Program Overview
Tuition
- $ 1100 ( includes textbook )
- Deposit of $ 450 required upon registration
- Remaining balance of $ 650 due at orientation ( unless payment plan is arranged )
Times Offered
- Fall semesters start in Sept-Oct , and Spring semesters start in Feb-March .
- Classes will generally meet two evenings a week , from 5-9pm . Clinical hours vary and include some evenings as well as some Saturday hours . The syllabus provided at orientation for each semester , will list exact class / clinical hours .
Location
- Classes are held at the Enfield Municipal Annex , 124 North Maple St . - at Main / Front Entrance , Door # 1 . Clinical locations will be announced during the first week of class , as it is dependent on facility availability .
- The CNATP is a 100-hour course ( 50 hrs . classroom / 50 hrs . clinical ). It is designed to prepare individuals with needed entry-level skills to become certified nurses aides . Graduates from this program will be eligible to take the State Registry Exam .
Requirements
- Prospective students must be at least 18 years of age , have valid ID , and must complete this packet as well as all medical screenings / verifications ( pages 13-15 )
