Memo For Accident Coverage
This is a memo to all Certified Nurses Aide Training Students , from Enfield Adult Education , regarding Accident Coverage .
This memo is to inform you that EACH STUDENT IS RESPONSIBLE to provide his / her own individual accident coverage . Injuries sustained to either person or property while attending the Certified Nurses Aide Training Program , ARE NOT the responsibility of Enfield Adult Education , its affiliates and staff , or the Fermi High School where classes take place .
Further , the nursing facility where clinical training sessions are held , is also not responsible for any such damages to property or for personal injury sustained while attending the Certified Nurses Aide Training Program .
I have received the memo above and understand that I am the only one responsible and liable for accidents that may occur during my CNA training .
