Michaela Germond RE Salesperson
Michaela lives on a small farm in Montgomery County with her partner, Joseph, where she raises sheep, chickens, pigs, English Shepherds, and other assorted livestock. She has 6 children and 3 stepchildren and is very active in her church, singing in the choir and teaching Sunday school. She loves helping people and being involved in her community. When her sons were younger, she was very involved in Boy Scouts, as the Cubmaster of their pack. She is also a trained doula. Michaela has a lot of energy and works hard in every endeavor she undertakes.
Nancy Meunier Associate RE Broker
Nancy works out of the Ballston Spa office and is very familiar with the entire Capital District and its surrounding areas. She has worked with many investors helping them find lucrative properties. Nancy is an investor, herself, so she is very familiar with how the process works. She loves what she does and it shows by her successes in locating just the right homes for her buyer and working very hard to sell her listings. Nancy says,“ It is very rewarding to make people happy and to help them find their dream home.” Nancy has over 25 years sales experience and has been an Associate Broker since 2005. Her hobbies include motorcycling, water sports, target shooting, and traveling. Nancy grew up in Colonie and moved to Saratoga County where she has lived for over 25 years. Nancy has a husband and two sons, who are grown. She has been very active in helping her sons friends find first homes and feels great comfort in helping them with the most important purchase of their lives.
Lynne, a native of Northville, taught at Mayfield HS for 33 years. She & her husband, John, have raised 3 children. Lynne enjoys the outdoors, gardening & hiking with her dog, Moose. She has been selling real estate since 2000. Lynne enjoys finding the right property to make someone feel at home.
