William Coons

William has spent the last twenty-seven years selling real estate, and during that time also
spent a few years managing construction projects. On top of this he was the Chairman of the
Guilderland Zoning Board of Appeals. This background has equipped him with the knowledge
and experience needed to keep up with the always changing real estate market. William is also
a family man and dedicated to his community. After graduation he married his High School
sweetheart, Michele, and together they have two children. His son, William, is currently getting
his Master’s in Business at Excelsior College, and Samantha is studying Business Management
and Political Science at Siena College. William also served as the Chief and President of Fort
Hunter Fire Company, is the current President of Guilderland Babe Ruth, and a member of the
Capital District Senior Men’s Baseball League.
Sue returned back to her upstate roots after residing in Miami, NYC and Chicago. An
avid sports girl who brings over a decade of experience in property management,
marketing and real estate services to CMK – she enjoys the great Adirondacks, the
ocean and almost any sport. She focuses her contagious optimism into searching out
the perfect real estate opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Elizabeth and her husband, Robert, are both real estate agents, and love working together as
“Two Agents in One.” Beth has traveled all over the country, visiting 41 of the 50 states. She
and Robert, now live in Perth, NY with their four sons: Javon, Andre, Preston and Elijah, who
are all very active in sports themselves. Beth loves to be “team mom” to their football and
basketball teams. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate salesperson, Beth was Director of
Marketing for Wempe Jewelers on Fifth Avenue in New York City. Beth’s background in business
administration and Internet marketing, combined with Robert’s background in the mortgage
business and as a fiercely competitive coach, prepared them well for the skills and experiences
