Ray and Sally Perry,
Resident of the Month
Ray C. Perry was born May 22,
1924, in Protem, Mo. Ray was a
graduate of Aurora High School in
Missouri. After graduation, he
worked in the control tower as a
watchman in WWII then after that
as a janitor.
Solveig Marie (Sally) Perry was
born Jan. 25, 1928, in Kelly Air, Minn. Sally graduated from
Kelly Air, Minn. in 1941. She was a homemaker and prided her-
self in taking care of her family and home.
The couple attended the same church, Aurora Baptist Church,
and met and fell in love and got married July 11, 2009.
The couple have a blended family of four children, that includ-
ed one son, and three daughters. They enjoyed spending time with
their kids and watching them raise their own families. Their hob-
bies together include: singing hymns, reading the Bible, cooking,
attending church, and holding hands and enjoying one another.
Sally really enjoys playing the piano, and singing praises unto the
Lord. her favorite song is Amazing Grace.
They have been a part of the CMHCF family since July 2017.
