We recently celebrated 35 years of taking care of
our community. We could not have accomplished
so much over the years without the dedication
of our medical staff, nurses, employees, boards,
volunteers and community donors. We are ex-
tremely grateful for your unwavering support. It’s
a privilege to work with you to fulfill our mission
of providing patients and their loved ones with the
best possible medical experience through a
compassionate healthcare team.
The past year has been another time of growth,
planning and progress for our health system as we
work to make southwest Missouri healthier and
stronger for all of us. Future additions include new
specialists and services, a proposed multi-story
addition on the south side of the hospital, we’ve
reviewed plans for a new building and location
for Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility, and we
look forward to the completion of the new Lake
Stockton Healthcare Facility in 2018. The look
of our campus and facilities may change, but our
commitment to treating our patients like family
will always remain the same.
As we look forward to the future, we know there
will be new challenges and opportunities as we
navigate a rapidly evolving healthcare environ-
ment. However, I firmly believe there is nothing
we can’t accomplish. The best is yet to come.
