set to music, with a distinct 1970s feel, which makes sense since it was written in 1972. Thereβ s a part where the music swells while the chorus is being played, and to be honest, thatβ s what I was hearing on stage this past June. I listened to all of you, of course, but this song kept playing in my head, not because you were remembering me, but because you were remembering Jesus the Christ.

them,β Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.ββ Do you hear what that verse tells us? Can you feel the weight of it? When we minister to others, the weakened, the threatened, the lonely, the tired, we are ministering to the Son of God! That is what makes Run for the Son so powerful. The funds, projects, and impact are all a result of your obedience, grace, passion, giving, dedication, time, and love for others.

scrolled, and the total got closer, and the noise got louder, and the excitement grew, and our hearts all beat faster β I remembered. I remembered that you, my brothers and sisters in Christ, remembered the persecuted. You remembered the people who are starving for the Word of God. You remembered the pastors who are desperate for transportation so they can take the Gospel further and farther than ever before. You remembered the men and women on motorcycles, many of whom are running from their past, present, and future and are dying to run into Jesus. And you remembered the men, women, and children who want to see the Word of God come off the page and onto film in their language.
CMA, thank you. Thank you for being there for millions of people around the world, yet again. Thank you for your love, grace, and passion to see the Gospel advance. Thank you for being so excited to give your money, time, and energy to the highest cause. And thank you for remembering. CMA
