Ken and Kristi have taken this and run full force with it, enhancing the overall series with more races, faster-paced events, and more entertainment focus that has drawn families to these events nationwide. They have been huge supporters of CMA; they believe in who we are and what we represent and are more than just promoters. The Remers are family to Jamie and me.
Since 2016, the Christian Motorcyclists Association has participated in every ICE event nationwide. From the East Coast( Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, and Georgia), all through the Midwest( Illinois and Iowa) to the South and West( Texas and California). Each time, CMA delivers to support the racers with bike blessings, open prayers, and prayers in the pit area. They also work on the ice as flaggers and handle all the safety of the gates to get racers on and off the ice.

they believe in us as CMA, it goes beyond the events. It goes into our lives as well. In 2022, the second year of ourβ CMA State Rallyβ called Thunder on the Prairie, which we hosted in LeRoy, Illinois, Ken and Kristi really invested back into our crazy ideas. We started in 2021 with mini-bike races, which mainly included CMA people. God provided a vision of what could be, and we began to market to the subculture of mini-bike riders that we encountered at some of the other race events. We knew we needed a topnotch event with trophies, race classes, and rules. We called Ken and Kristi toβ pickβ their brains on this. Not only did this couple provide insight and guidance, but they drove from Wisconsin in the middle of the night to be at our rally. They brought and paid for all the trophies, helped set up and run all the races, and did some, if not all, the announcing that year.
So often, we look at things as Christians and consider how we can

get involved to bless them. When we engage( think like Paul in 1 Thessalonians 2:8( NLT):β We loved you so much that we shared with you not only Godβ s Good News but our own lives, too,β the blessing returns to us ten-fold. Jamie and I treasure our time with Ken and Kristi, not because of Ice Racing but because God used them to show us that our investing in others has a greater purpose and outcome than we could even fathom. It ' s the relationship that is built, one that is bidirectional and cares for each other regardless of time or distance. CMA |
