CMA SOUTH AFRICA ON A MIS-
SION IN 2024 fear the Lord and
ONLY serve Him truthfully with all your heart , for consider the great things He will do for you .
What a privilege every year to be invited to share something about what God is doing , and how this God-ordained ministry of CMA is impacting our mission field in our country . South Africa is a small country geographically from east to west ( 2880km ) and from north to south ( 1600km ). We have a few metropolitan areas , and the rest is rural . Due to changing politics , the country is becoming poorer . If you take this background into consideration , a ministry such as CMA is , humanly speaking , not supposed to flourish . However , CMA South Africa is 44 years old , and in the less favourable political and economic climate , we can honestly testify that God is not surprised or caught off guard about anything in the world . By His grace , this Godordained ministry of CMA South Africa has kicked off the year 2024 with a bang . We are powered by God ; we are focused on our CMA core values , and we are part of an exceptionally strong international organization . Hereunder I will mention a few of the many great things that God is doing with His instrument ( CMA ) in our country . Hold your seats ; this is good news .
For seven years now , we had no breakaway group from CMA . In the biking world , this is considered a true miracle . All the glory to Him . Because of what CMA stands for , we believe that we can be brave , fearless , and never alone ( Joshua 1:9 ), but it takes active faith to honour God and our ministry .
We have reintroduced Blessing events where we invite other bikers to bless them , their bikes , and their families for the year . We pray with them and over them . We have many successful stories for 2024 in this regard . I just want to share what God did in Midrand at our National Support Centre this January . We invited bikers from all walks of life and , based on RSVPs , expected a record of 420 attendees , but with Jesus at work , we had 556 attendees . In South Africa , CMA ยด s footprint is truly becoming more impactful .
We have also decided that on the third week of every month , we will have a โ Colours Sunday .โ This is where we invite other patch wearers and any other biker or their families and friends to join hands with us as we intercede with them . This is amazingly well attended .
We as CMASA currently also have the honour that we have no enemies in the biking world of South Africa , and we are even welcomed into the clubhouses of all our secular clubs .
We have also re-purposed our National Support Centre to be the support centre for CMASA . In doing this , we were able to re-establish a new youth group and two kiddies โ groups .
Over and above all for 2024 , we have one new riding group , and at our National Rally at the end of March , we announced one full new chapter . God is great , and the ministry of CMA truly has a purpose .
I want to encourage other countries with the following words : Be active , take action , pray , be visible , function as one , and know that we will not be remembered for what we wanted to do but rather for what we have done .
