ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK was asked to preach at a Biker
I Sunday in Chanute, Kansas, in March. We were in Salina, Kansas earlier that weekend for Seasons of Refreshing, and the Chanute chapter president was there. We arrived at the Biker Sunday, and things were going well. The local chapter had already set up the area and cooked lunch for the crowd. The person running the sound system did a good job with the music, and I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit. I gave the message the Lord laid on my heart, and we prayed for a few people. The chapter prepared BBQ sandwiches and fed everybody there. The chapter members started blessing bikes and praying for people. They also waved at bikers to pull into the parking lot so they could feed and pray for them. |
I was with the chapter president when he asked a young man if he knew if he was going to Heaven or hell when he died. The young man did not know, and the president gave me the honor of explaining everything to this young man. It resulted in the young man giving his life to the Lord. The chapter was doing what God told them to do, and the young man only pulled in because he saw the motorcycles, everyone eating, and the chapter members kept waving at him.
All you have to do, is ask a person if they know for sure if they are going to Heaven or hell when they die. There are no wrong answers. If they say, I don ' t know, explain how they can know. If they say yes, then praise the Lord together. If they tell us to leave them alone and walk away, don ' t take it personally

because they are closing the door to God and not you. Here is the good news: you can ' t go wrong. We are commanded to go and tell the world about Jesus. Their response is between them and God. You have done what the Lord has told you to do. Don ' t complicate it; all you have to do is ask and leave the rest to the Holy Spirit. CMA
