LETTER TO THE EDITOR

NOTE FROM THE EDITOR
There are times when it seems like God isn’ t hearing our prayers. When life gets toughβ€” like dealing with a family illness, money troubles, or stress at work or in our chapterβ€” it’ s easy to wonder if God really loves us. It can feel overwhelming when the stress just keeps coming and we can’ t seem to get a break. Sometimes, we even see friends who have it easier and start to question why God seems to help them but not us.
Have you ever felt this way? I’ ll be honestβ€” I’ ve felt like this myself a couple of times just this month. It’ s normal to have these feelings. I’ m sure everyone around us goes through this sometimes, even those friends who seem to have everything together and never struggle.
No matter where you are today, God promises to meet you there. Whether life is going well or it feels like everything is falling apart, God is with you. He promises He will never leave us. This doesn’ t mean we won’ t face hard times, but it does mean He will stay with us through them if we let Him. Let’ s hold on to this hope together:β€œ Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares for you”( 1 Peter 5:7, NLT). And remember,β€œ if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, He will certainly care for you”( Luke 12:28, NLT).

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR TESTIMONIES SHARED FROM INTERNATIONAL CHANGING OF THE COLORS RALLY
I appreciated getting to know Yakob from Latvia while we volunteered together. He is a remarkable young man, accomplished in sports and languages, and actively involved in CMA with his father. Reconnecting with friends from Ireland was also a highlight. Iron Mountain provides an excellent environment for building lasting friendships with others who share the mission of spreading the Gospel. Thank you, CMA.

I was riding back from Cleburne, Texas, on Tuesday. I stumbled across a little BBQ joint in Manchester, Texas. There was nothing around for miles. I went to talk to the lady running the place. I told her the shop was about 100 miles from our event, and I would love to bring some people back on Wednesday to bless the business. She shared with me that CMA helped her get a car when she first got clean from drugs. She also shared that she was baptized two years ago. I prayed with her and went on my way. The next day, 12 of us went to TNT BBQ, that little BBQ shop, and had lunch. The two ladies there were so tickled and blessed to have us come by.
