as I had expected . But to my great joy , these things were awesome when I hit the trails , gravel roads , big rocks , ruts , sand , etc . They turned my adventure bike into a real dirt bike . They held their lines and easily took big rock hits , even when I aired down to 25 lbs . I had 75 lbs . of gear on the bike and still felt like I could take any terrain . I even rode the bike up the expert section of Cache Mountain , fully loaded with gear , and made it to the top . I enjoyed the trip so much more with the confidence-inspiring

RallZ tires . They have a very stiff carcass but use a natural rubber compound that grips very well in most conditions . The deep lugs and knobbies bite and hold very well .
After three days in the mountains , I hit the pavement for a 90- mile stretch of highway . To my surprise , they did well at speeds of 65 to 70 , and cornering felt relatively solid . I did not push hard in sharp corners , but they never felt like they would walk or wash out the front . My final thoughts on these are as follows . If you like offroad with a little street use to get you to the offroad , then these are the tires for you . If you like street riding with some off-road , the Raids will work great if they aren β t too soft .
Like with all things , you can β t have it all , with the exception of the free gift of salvation that Jesus offers us . But that doesn β t stop us from trying to find the tire that works in all conditions , right ? CMA
