General Ordering Information Proof
If you check the box for a proof, you will be charged $ 15.00( R) and a proof will be emailed or faxed to you.
Quantity
If none is indicated, one will be made. When ordering a set, a quantity of one is equal to one set.
Item Number
Indicate item number to designate which item will be ordered.
Typestyles / Monogram
Indicate a typestyle from pages 229-233. If a typestyle is not specified, 43C or B07C( Swiss Caps or Gothic Caps) will be used for all products unless an exception is noted on product page. If a monogram is wanted, choose one from page 235. NOTE: Monogram MHL is only available on full color products. Contact customer service if information is needed on a specific product for lines and characters.
Finished Size
If ordering a size not found in the catalog, call for a quote and indicate the finished size of the product on the order blank.
Indicate Special Instructions
Print or type clearly in the space provided. Attach an additional sheet if necessary. Use this space to also indicate any special instructions or logos. Indicate all typestyles used on this order. All products will be typeset using our discretion unless otherwise noted under“ Special Instructions.” Attach a sample whenever possible.
Variable Data
If using variable text or data, see“ Variable Data Guidelines” on page 258 for more information.
Engraved Badges, Luggage Tags, & Signs Extra Charges, Additional Fasteners, or Sign Holders Indicate item number for any extra charges you’ d like to add to your order. Also use for ordering additional fasteners or additional sign holders. Badge fastener options include magnetic fasteners, lanyards, swivel clips, and pins. If a fastener option is not indicated, a pin fastener will be used. Wall and door sign mounting options include adhesive backing, foam tape, and drilled holes( screws not included), magnetic stripping, and VELCRO ®. If a mounting option is not indicated, adhesive backing will be used on signs only.
Logo or Format Number
When ordering a badge or sign with a logo, indicate a stock logo number from page 232 or you may choose to submit camera ready artwork.
Ink / Imprint / Stock Color
Indicate color combination from page 233 to be used for engraved signs or badges. If a plastic color is not specified, S6( black sign with white lettering) will be used.
Full Color Badges & Signs Extra Charges, Additional Fasteners, or Sign Holders Indicate item number for any extra charges you’ d like to add to your order. Also use for ordering additional fasteners or additional sign holders. Badge fastener options include magnetic fasteners, lanyards, swivel clips, and pins. If a fastener option is not indicated, a pin fastener will be used. Wall and door sign mounting options include adhesive backing, foam tape, and drilled holes( screws not included), magnetic stripping, and VELCRO ®. If a mounting option is not indicated, no backing will be sent.

When ordering a full color badge or sign, indicate CUSTOM if custom artwork is being sent.
Sign Holders
If a sign holder color is not specified, Rose Gold will be used on metal holders, clear will be used on acrylic holders, and black will be used on plastic holders.

See“ Full Color Process Artwork Guidelines” on page 243.
ADA Signage Extra Charges, Additional Fasteners, or Sign Holders Indicate item number for any extra charges you’ d like to add to your order. Wall and door sign mounting options include adhesive backing, foam tape, drilled holes( screws not included), magnetic stripping, and VELCRO ®. With VELCRO ®, specify hook( used for cubicle walls, etc.) or loop side when ordering. If not indicated, hook side will be used. If a mounting option is not indicated, foam tape will be used.
Logo or Format Number
When ordering ADA Signage, choose a logo from page 232 or list CUSTOM if custom artwork is being sent.
Ink / Imprint / Stock Color
Indicate color combination from page 232 to be used for ADA Signage. If it doesn’ t meet guidelines, we will contact you.
Artwork
You will need to provide clean, black and white artwork scaled to fit the impression area if custom design is wanted. Artwork must be at least 600 dpi. Screens are not available on all items. If artwork is in full color, see“ Full Color Process Artwork Guidelines” on page 243.
Banners / Vinyl Art Extra Charges, Additional Fasteners, or Sign Holders
Indicate item number of any extra charges you’ d like to add to your banner order. This includes but is not limited to grommets, additional colors, stands, etc.
Custom Artwork
When ordering a banner, indicate CUSTOM if custom artwork is being sent with order.

Vinyl Cut Banners: If colors are not specified, a white banner with black vinyl cut letters will be applied.

For Durable Vinyl Cut Banners you will need to provide clean, black and white artwork scaled down to 11 " x 17 ". Art must be at least 600 dpi. Screens are not available on Durable Vinyl Cut Banners or Vinyl Art. For Full Color Banners see“ Full Color Process Artwork Guidelines” on page 243.
