Artwork should exceed ⅛" beyond the paper size.

Announcement envelopes are flat printed on the back flap or front center
for respond envelopes. Please indicate position on your order blank. If no
indication is given, envelope flap imprint will be supplied.

Business Card stock must be supplied minimum size of 4" x 8½". Supply a
minimum of 10% overage per press run. All supplied stock should be sent
freight paid. See “Customer Supplied Stock” pricing on the appropriate
product pricing page.
Folding
Business Cards: 7 square inches
Letterhead: 8 square inches
Envelopes: 4 square inches
Announcements: 12 square inches
Dies are not returned. Request a quote for single or multilevel brass
dies, if your image area exceeds the maximum square inches indicated
above and/or appears in more than one position. Request a quote for
registration in combination with ink and any other process.

Margin Requirements
Envelope Printing
When ordering envelopes, specify position of copy on envelope corner or
flap. If no position is specified, upper left corner printing will be supplied. If
the envelope is printed on the front and the flap, add the charge below to
the base price.
Business Cards must be set up with at least ⅛" margin.
Envelopes must allow ¼" from the top and side.
Letterhead must have at least ⅜" at the top and ¼" from the sides and
bottom.
Envelope flap will be flat printed.

recycled die for the first 12 square inch image area. Dies are not returned. Request a quote
if your image area exceeds 12 square inches. Request a quote for registration between ink

Charges for dies vary according to the size and amount of detail in the
design. Send artwork or a sample for a quote.
Announcements are scored and shipped flat. We will fold announcements
for $14.70 (R) per 1,000 minimum.
Apply the inside copy charge only to fold over announcements. Inside
copy will be printed in flat ink unless otherwise specified. Thermography
is not available on the inside if the front and back panels are printed
in thermography. If no inside copy color is indicated, black ink will be
supplied. If inside copy is a different color than outside copy, add an
additional $15.45 for any standard and $77.30 for special inks. Additional
charges for registration between two ink colors. See “Registration” for
pricing.

Single level recycled dies are included in the base price for foil stamping, ink
with foil stamping, ink with blind embossing, and ink with foil embossing up
to a designated per-square-inch imprint area as follows:

Master Business Card Program
Maintain your corporate image and save money and time.
Here’s how it works:
We print your “Master”, consisting of your company name and standard
company information. We hold the printed Masters and imprint with
individual names and information as needed. The minimum quantity for
Master Business Cards runs is as low as 10,000. Personalized imprints can
be ordered in quantities of 250, 500, or 1,000. Request a quote.

GENERAL
INFORMATION
If flap copy is a different color than front copy, add an additional
$15.45 for any standard and $77.30 for special ink. When an envelope is
engraved, embossed or foil embossed, the impression will show through
on the back of the envelope. If you do not want the impression to show
through, we can open the flap, engrave or emboss your copy and close
the flap. This must also be done if you want any of these processes on
the envelope flap. Add $34.70 per 1,000.
Announcements must have ⅜" margin at the top, sides, and bottom
for non-panel styles. Allow an additional ¼" margin for panel
announcements.
