OCCUPANCY ( MAX / PRIV ) This shows the maximum occupancy as well as the private occupancy .

• Maximum Occupancy – Maximum number of guests a unit will accommodate . The maximum occupancy is determined by factors such as local fire safety regulations , dining area seating , unit accommodations and square footage of the unit . For your comfort , the maximum occupancy may be smaller than the total number of sleeping accommodations .

• Private Occupancy – The number of persons that a resort unit may accommodate , based on two adults per private sleeping area with private access to a bathroom .
