AFFILIATED RESORTS – Resorts at which Club Exploria members have direct access - without exchange fees . These resorts will fluctuate over time – resorts may be added and removed based on actual member usage and continued availability .
BIENNIAL OWNERSHIP – Ownership interest in a unit that includes the allocation of EXPOS in alternate years , either every even year or every odd year . For purposes of member benefits , biennial members consider 1 / 2 their allotment of EXPOs every year .
BORROWING – Allowing Club members to borrow EXPOs from the next Use Year to use them during the current Use Year . Restrictions may apply .
CANCELED RESERVATION EXPOs – EXPOs that are returned to an account after a reservation is canceled 91 days or more prior to the check-in date .
CLUB DUES – Dues paid by Club members to cover the cost of operating and administering Club Exploria ( i . e ., inventory management , reservations , accounting , etc .). Club Dues are invoiced annually , around October of each calendar year and are due by January 1 of each year . Club Exploria precollects 1 / 12th of the dues each month , with the balance due , if any , each January .
CLUB EXPLORIA – A member program that offers participants the flexibility to divide vacations into shorter stays , access Affiliated Resorts , Worldwide Exchange through RCI or II and Travel Partners through Exploria Marketplace .
CLUBEXPLORIA . COM – Main Club Exploria website which features a secure member log-in to access account information , make reservations , make payments , get news , updates and read current and back issues of VACATIONmode .
CLUB EXPLORIA TRUST – The Trust to which the members assign the use rights of their ownership interests in exchange for EXPOs .
CLUB MEMBER OR MEMBER BENEFICIARY – The owner of the Vacation Interest who has assigned the use rights of their ownership interest to the Club Exploria Trust in exchange for EXPOs . In cases where there is more than one name on a Vacation Interest , the first name will be the Primary Member . The Primary Member ’ s name must be on the deed of all Vacation Interests for the Club Member . The Primary Member has responsibility for all account activity , including financial obligations , official correspondence and any other activities impacting the membership account .
