We understand that sometimes your plans will change unexpectedly . You will have a grace period of 91 days prior to the check-in date of your reservation to cancel and still receive 100 % of your EXPOs back . ( See chart for portion of EXPOs returned in relation to canceling a reservation .) If , at the time of cancellation , the EXPOs are beyond their expiration , the EXPOs will be forfeited . All fees will be forfeited 24 hours after a reservation is made if a cancellation is necessary .
