We understand that sometimes your plans will change unexpectedly. You will have
a grace period of 91 days prior to the check-in date of your reservation to cancel
and still receive 100% of your EXPOs back. (See chart for portion of EXPOs returned
in relation to canceling a reservation.) If, at the time of cancellation, the EXPOs are
beyond their expiration, the EXPOs will be forfeited. All fees will be forfeited 24 hours
after a reservation is made if a cancellation is necessary.
