Roasted Peaches
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch Salt
6 ripe but firm peaches, peeled, halved and pitted
Canola oil
Mint leaves
PREPARATION METHOD:
In a small bowl add the butter and stir until smooth. Add cinnamon sugar,
granulated sugar and salt, mix until combine,
Heat Grill to high. Brush peaches with oil, grill until golden brown and just
cooked through. Top each with a few teaspoon of butter and garnish with
mint leaves.
Greek Yogurt Cream
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 Tablespoon orange zest
1/2 teaspoon orange juice
Pinch of Salt
PREPARATION METHOD:
Combine yogurt, sugar, honey, orange zest, orange juice, and pinch salt
in small bowl. Refrigerate filling until ready to use.
