A colorful lunch
On May 21, seventh-semester students from the Hotel Management program, enrolled in the Food and Beverage course (both day and evening shifts), hosted a practical workshop and organized a closing event for the semester.
During this experience, students prepared a variety of dishes inspired by both regional traditions and international cuisine. The event welcomed the institution’s administrative and teaching staff, who not only enjoyed the culinary creations but also evaluated each student’s performance, considering both the quality of the dishes and the overall event setup..
