These easy no-bake energy balls are prefect to throw together for a quick snack !
Makes 12-14 Energy Balls
2 cups quick oats 1 / 2 cup smooth peanut butter 1 / 2 cup chocolate candy 1 / 2 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 . Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir well until combined .
2 . Hand roll into small 1 ” balls ( use a spoon to scoop 1 spoonful of dough into hands and roll into ball shapes ) 3 . Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to firm . 4 . Store leftovers in the fridge , in a covered container , for several days .
