“ I ’ d say the level and attention to detail , the amount of details that you have to go through is the biggest challenge .” Andrew adds . “ I think most people who look at it that would consider building a plant , the first thing they think about is the money and how expensive it is , and that is a big hurdle to overcome , but the next hurdle is getting the right people and team that can help you get all those details correct because I wasn ’ t expecting all of them . It ’ s a lot .”
There ’ s no question that Andrew has an incredible team and support system in his corner , including wife , Kristin , who ’ s watched Adam and Andrew ’ s dream come to fruition from day one .
“ It ’ s incredible ,” she says . “ I ’ ve seen the hours of work put into it . It is a lot of blood , sweat and tears , and ups and downs , and rollercoasters and disappointment … I am very proud . Just super impressed and proud , like any wife would be .” It ’ s been a team effort though , and always has been . “ The Naeve family ,” says Kristin , “ they ’ re a bunch of hard workers , that ’ s for sure .” C
