Multi-living arrangements are on the rise – and
here’s why.
The housing industry in New Zealand has seen enormous change
in recent years. Less land and higher prices have called for smarter
building practises – and with that comes a change in how Kiwis live
together.
The benefits of multi-living are extensive. With older children now
