All our plans have been meticulously designed, and with a variety of styles and sizes to choose from,
clients can often find their dream home ready and waiting in our plans range.
Plus, as they are already priced, if you select a plan as is, you know exactly how much it costs to build
your Landmark.
There’s a broad collection of styles to suit everyone, including ultra-modern, contemporary townhouses to
timeless weatherboard and country styles.
We offer an extensive range of sizes, whether it’s a cosy home for two, or a large family home for entertaining
and everyday comfort. Starting at 166m 2 for our compact Glendhu design, through to our luxuriously spaced
Wanaka design at more than 400m 2 , our sizes accommodate three to five-bedroom homes in single level
and two storey.
We also understand that not all sections are square and flat, which is why we offer plans designed to
maximise your site, no matter its size or shape – from more challenging terrain, narrow or sloped sites to
smaller, inner city sections.
The best thing about our plans is if there’s something that doesn’t quite suit
your style, our designers will work closely with you to fine tune an existing
plan to meet your specific needs.
Add an extra room, or two, change the orientation of the house to suit your section, or choose a different type
of cladding – all Ready to Build plans are fully customisable to suit your needs and your budget.
