Green Space Utilization

There are clear spaces that have molded out broken down buildings in and around the newly pickinc up downtown area that can have possible production but the leasing agencies are clearly hoarding the land for more money and keeping the city looking broken down in these areas. There could be a city wide ordinance to create a clean at least exterior of these buildings and also create green space for the public possible funded by the city around them to make it all look clean while they look for investors, which all of this would only assist them in their investment searches as we.

The lakefront is a key spot for possible production in the near future as now it is time as downtown continues to build there is now a huge market there. For the time being the city can use it as greenspace and possible created beaches and little shops to have a very clear walkable clean utilization while the area continues to build and have more production.

However, these are prime spots to contribute to the city's growth there 100 percent needs to be spots reserved forever for the walkable lakefront views as the area near the new Nuevo and Rock Hall area near the Lakefront as well. This gives a mix of green space utilization always to use our gorgeous rare lakefront in Cleveland and uses the business and beautiful living areas to great use.
