Senior HB Marquis Goins had a good season last year but is looking to improve, as his overall went up from 80-85(+ 5). Jis work in the weight room has definitely payed off as he will be a 2nd year starter at HB for the Vikings. Last year Marquis rushed for 721 yards placing him 69th in the nation. He also scored 13 Touchdowns, and ran for an average of 5.7 yards per rush. This year Marquis’ goal is to rush for over 1000 yards! So, congratulations Marquis on winning the 2013 Viking of the Year Award!
