Resumen
Se realizó un estudio que constó de 4 fases donde se integraron dos grupos ambos con 10 integrantes ,
sin importar género , extracto social , características físicas , donde se observó la conducta de autocontrol de los sujetos que participaron sometidos a situaciones distintas donde predomino el estrés .
Se hizo una preprueba de impulsividad a todos los participantes de ambos grupos , la realización fue en un sitio web y constó de 30 preguntas , posteriormente se realizó el ejercicio sopa de letras para ambos grupos , después se contestó un cuestionario acerca del nivel de estrés que sentían , al finalizar esta etapa se compartió un cuestionario de impulsividad y se finalizó con un video de ASMR . En cuanto a los resultados en la prueba final el grupo experimental obtuvo un grado mayor de impulsividad mayor al grupo control . Los resultados obtenidos fueron congruentes con abordajes previos , y se encontró que desde un análisis en un nivel conductual se pudo determinar un efecto entre la inducción del estrés , el aumento de la conducta de impulsividad y la disminución de la conducta de autocontrol .

Abstract
A study was carried out that consisted of 4 phases where two groups were integrated , both with 10 members , regardless of gender , social background , physical characteristics , where the self-control behavior of the subjects who participated subjected to different situations where stress predominated .
An impulsivity pre-test was made to all the participants of both groups , the realization was on a website and consisted of 30 questions , later the word search exercise was carried out for both groups , then a questionnaire was answered about the level of stress that felt , at the end of this stage an impulsivity questionnaire was shared and ended with an ASMR video . Regarding the results in the final test , the experimental group obtained a higher degree of impulsivity than the control group . The results obtained were consistent with previous approaches , and it was found that from an analysis at a behavioral level , it was possible to determine an effect between stress induction , increased impulsive behavior , and decreased self-control behavior .
