Resumen
Cada lugar de los hechos posee su sello característico o particularidades que pueden ir desde lo
más simple hasta lo más complejo o intrigante para los investigadores . El análisis requiere de la experiencia y habilidad , para la recolecta de los indicios los clasificamos en dos categorías ; aquellos que requieren de la aplicación de una herramienta o sustancia para poder volverlo visible y aquellos que son de orden psicológico o conductual , Para el interés de este trabajo los primeros , se tiene como objetivo conocer la efectividad de las pruebas presuntivas en superficies que han sido limpiadas o lavadas con diferentes sustancias con el objetivo de esconder o eliminar la presencia del indicio . Los indicios biológicos son los que poseen mayor importancia dentro de la investigación criminal , sin embargo , también poseen una alta sensibilidad al contaminarse , degradarse o destruirse por el factor humano o material intencional o no intencional , es por esto que es de suma importancia estudiar e investigar las constantes limitantes ante las cuales se puede enfrentar el criminalista .

Abstract
Each scene of the events has its characteristic hallmark or particularities that can range from the simplest to the most complex or intriguing for investigators . The analysis requires experience and skill , for the collection of the evidence we classify them into two categories , those that require the application of a tool or substance to be able to make it visible and those that are of a psychological or behavioral order . For the interest of this work , the first ones aim to know the effectiveness of the presumptive tests on surfaces that it has been clean or wash with different substances in order to hide or eliminate the presence of the sign . Biological evidence is the most important in criminal investigation , however , it is also highly sensitive to contaminated , degraded or destroyed by the human factor or intentional or unintentional material , which is why it is of the utmost importance to study and investigate the limiting constants that the criminologist may face ..
